Our story

Glean Consulting, Inc. was founded on a simple premise that collaboration between two like-minded individuals with diverse experiences would lead to innovative, effective and operations-ready solutions.  A management consultant and an experienced operations expert joining forces may not by itself be unique; what sets our firm apart is our collective passion for data driven decision making, excellent communication, and total transparency into our work. Those beliefs have put us on a single-minded mission to make a difference in how corporate America interacts with the consulting community. Our goal is to put both “Client” and “Service” back into Management Consulting, with a focus not just on identifying opportunities, but also on capturing them.

Too often in our experiences, we had seen presentations delivered by consultants and recommendations approved by the executive teams, but when it came time for implementation, the consultants were gone, often leaving behind general recommendations and ambiguous action plans.  Consultants often claim they are ill-equipped to provide ongoing support, as that “didn’t fit [their] model.”  Most strategy consultants simply do not support a business model or have the skillset to provide specific instructions or training for the client teams that are ultimately responsible for implementation.  

Glean is committed to bridge this consultant-client gap by guiding your team to create specific action plans and build capability that will deliver results and capture the full value of the recommendations.
